Sexual harassment is a frequently discussed topic in employee relations. The Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation adopted Administrative Rules 68 Ill. Adm. Code 1130.400, which requires licensed CPAs in Illinois to complete one hour of sexual harassment prevention training in order to be eligible for license renewal.
